In addition to her coaching role, Mina actively sources self-storage facilities for clients like Prime Holdings through The Storage Acquisition Group based in Yorktown, VA. Mina’s multifaceted approach to real estate is further highlighted by her co-hosting of the impactful podcast DecodeREI with Lidiya Korzhuk and her membership in the Jake and Gino Multifamily group. As a licensed Florida Real Estate professional, Mina’s dedication to success shines through in every facet of her work.

Originally from Mexico City, I’m a passionate architect with a Bachelor’s Degree from a prestigious University in Mexico City. In my early career, I had the opportunity to work on various projects ranging from residential homes to commercial buildings. Each project challenged me to think creatively and push the boundaries of design. I quickly learned the importance of understanding the needs and desires of the client in order to create a space that not only meets their expectations but exceeds them.

Throughout my 26 years of experience, I’ve stayed updated on industry trends and traveled the world for inspiration. Committed to sustainability, I integrate eco-friendly elements into design. After moving to Florida four years ago, I founded Tropical Land Partners along with Mina Rickey and Michael Johnston. We leverage my architectural expertise to analyze potential development properties. I am excited to continue creating impactful spaces.

Mike has an extensive background in  residential & commercial real estate as well as Land Acquisition.

Michael has managed over 100 large commercial properties throughout south Florida and prior to entering real estate, Michael was a wholesale lender with the largest privately held mortgage company in the US. 

In the last 5 years Michael has facilitated the sale of over 250 properties in Florida.
